Personal data we collect

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary. We do not collect data from your uploaded files.

When you visit our website and/or use the control panel, your IP address will be logged together with the HTTP referrer, the user agent and the access dates (log data).
When you upload a file for display, we do not read or collect the content of the file, only basic file information such as size, display time (if it is a video), frame rate, etc.
If you use our contact form, we collect your email address and your name.
We may track your use of the control panel so that we can improve its services and usability. Tracking includes, but is not limited to, links accessed, linked TVs, the number of files uploaded and playlists created. We will not track the contents of files. Tracking is carried out only on links within the Adeus Pendrive control panel; we do not track your activity outside the Adeus Pendrive service.

Use of your personal data

We use your personal data only to provide our service. We do not do anything else with it.

We log your IP address to prevent abuse of our service and for broad demographic analysis.
We do not link this information to any personally identifiable information.
We may use your email address to communicate with you in accordance with your notification settings or about other important news; you have the right to opt out of receiving our emails.

Handling of your files

We do not look at them. You can delete your uploaded files at any time.

While the service is being provided, your files are transferred to and stored on Adeus Pendrive's servers.
We do not read, search or extract data from your files.
All file processing is carried out by automated computers, and there is no human interaction with your files.
Your files are deleted immediately and irreversibly from our servers when you click the “DELETE FILE” icon (at the bottom of the file editing screen).
This will happen automatically and immediately.

Sharing your data

We do not share your files.

Your uploaded files will not be passed on or sold to anyone.
Your username, email or other account data will not be shared with anyone.
If you use the contact form or send us an email, only the support service will know your name, email address and message.
Third parties will not have access to your data, your messages, files or any other personal information provided.

Keeping your data

On the Free Plan, files that have not been displayed for 3 months may be deleted. We keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide our services.

If a file is being displayed on any TV, it will not be deleted, even if it has not been changed.

Your rights

You can modify your data in your panel.
You can delete your account at any time by submitting a request to support.
This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 72 hours.
Deleting your account also deletes all uploaded files, playlists and linked TVs.
You can manually delete files from our servers by clicking the “DELETE FILE” icon (at the bottom of the file editing screen).
You have the right to receive a copy of the information we hold about you.
We will provide you with the requested information within 40 calendar days of receiving a valid written request.
We may ask you to provide additional information to enable us to identify your personal data and/or confirm your identity.

Security

We do a lot to protect your data and make our service as secure as possible.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and your files.
Vanguarda Visionária takes all necessary measures to keep your personal information and your files private and secure.
Vanguarda Visionária staff are trained to handle your data properly.
All third-party employees who have access to your personal information have signed data processing agreements.
Adeus Pendrive maintains a secure IT environment, and all security measures are constantly adjusted to technical progress.
All transfers to and from Adeus Pendrive are SSL-encrypted.
Adeus Pendrive's servers are located in Brazil and the United States and have appropriate measures in place to prevent unauthorised access (e.g. hacking).

Adeus Pendrive stores so-called cookies in order to offer a wide range of functions and to make our websites easier to use.

We use Google Analytics and FullStory.

We use Google Analytics and FullStory to store information about how visitors use our control panel so that we can make improvements and offer visitors a better user experience.
Google Analytics and FullStory are third-party information storage systems that record information about the pages visited, the amount of time you spent on specific pages and on the website in general, how you arrived at the website and what you clicked on.
You can disable the use of Google Analytics on this and all other websites by using a browser plug-in.
